  We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic. The chalets are very beautiful and the facilities are great. We would definitely recommend Milkwood. We even made a mistake on our booking where we though we had booked for Nov when we had booked for Dec and they facilitated us. Great attitude to customers - This was our second visit.   The owners are a very friendly and welcoming English couple. They are extremely helpful. the room are comfortable and very clean. The DVD collection is a nice bonus. - made to feel very welcome - the owners kindly booked golf for us, and also lent us DVDs - so really wanted to make our stay good for us

Large rooms, comfy bed and pillows, breakfast freshly prepared, great views over the lagoon, great value, accurate rating on letsbookhotel.com - Meet and greet was wonderful and also the reservations at the restaurant was well planned.   We were delighted with our room at Knysna Country House, and agreed that it was our favourite Guest House during our two week trip to SA. The room we has was superb (though air con would have been even better!), and the owners had thought of everything. Lovely Pool and the family room we had was fantastic worked very well for all of us. Also they where fantastic in giving our daughter and her husband the honeymoon suite. Which was wonderful.

  We were greeted personally by the owners and made extremely welcome. We were given information about our location and provided with a very good street map. We were also given good information on places to eat and interesting excursions. The owners were always available, in our all too short stay (2 nights).
