Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

stay very friendly, assist you with everything you like right away and even though it is a big hotel, it has a very comforting atmosphere and you will be even welcomed and assisted by the hotels director itself! Definitely again.

Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. Welcoming atmosphere with nothing too much trouble. Convenient for OR Tambo International Airport but far enough to be beyond airport hustle and noise. Beautiful room with enormous and well appointed bathroom. Am booking for another stay now.

I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.
Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.

I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.
