  Awesome place. Location is in fact very convenient and comments to the contrary don't make much sense; it's 5mins into the centre of town and really no traffic. Plus it's on the side of town you probably want to be. The only reason to cross town is to get to the train station which you'd escape as fast as humanly possible.
