I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

We absolutely LOVED everything about the apartment...location, staff inparticular "Solly"at the reception. He was very helpful in assisting us with whatever help we wanted. We had our wedding at Cellars-Hohenort hotel followed lunch at the Conservatory restaurant - excellent service from arrival till departure. Highly efficient and organised. Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens filled with the smell of roses and jasmine. Food was simply magnificent and wine list of course impressive. Cant wait to go back.

I stayed in the sea-facing room. The decor was fabulous, the bathroom with live Roses and wild flowers lended a "homey" feel to it.
