  I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. The staff will always try to accommodate me to my choice of room which has got a bathtub and shower.   The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one. There were two main things we were very happy about: 1) We were grateful to have been informed that my husband had left his wallet behind when we checked out. 2) The surprise birthday cake which was del... что говорят » ivered to our room by the room service. We were pleasantly surprised =)! Thank you for making our stay a very memorable one. - Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.
