  The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does! We had a major crisis : two days before we were leaving, the apartment had no more water (due to repa... что говорят » irs in the building). The room met all our needs for seven nights, and the staff were most friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, and we used it extensively beyond the breakfast and afternoon tea that was provided. A great central location, with easy walking distance to some of St Petersburg' s iconic touristic and historical sites. Food shops and cafés abound nearby. An excellent choice for us.
