  I arrived by train and by taking Bus number 22 I have arrived at the Hotel an hour after. I had a very warm welcome from Alexander who explained to me all about the Hotel and the area.The room was very nice bed very comfortable and a nice warm bathroom. There was a small buffet Breakfast and staff was again very attentive. All Reception staff was ... что говорят » very polite and always with a smile(I am sorry I can't recall their names). I totally recommend this Hotel. - I found there everything I needed - a working shower in a huge warm- floore (surprise!) bathroom, warm well furnitured room with a bottle of water for free (surprise!) and it was a real pleasure to have a cup of tea in bed, not in dining room (I asked the receptionist and he allowed me to take it from the ground floor) in the evening. The breakfast is wery reach.

  Nice place. No more old ugly rooms! Now looks like modern hotel - The breakfast was very well done and we enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and many spoke English well.   Friendly, caring and friendly staff. We celebrated one of our friend's 50th birthday with dinner in one of the hotel's resturant (Red Room) Very nice service and nice pesronal. Good prices and a 5 min. walk and then only 2 metro stations from the center - Hotel Neptun is the best choice of money/conveniences.
