The owner was very helpful; we had a late arrival past midnight and she explained very carefully how to arrive and how to enter the room.   reasonable price and in a quiet area - Antheus is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Bucharesti Nord train station, which was convenient. Staff was helpful and even let us check-in at 7am, though it's not normal. I conversed with the staff in Romanian, so I cannot speak to their English abilities.
