  All the staff were courteous, very helpful and friendly..and for the reception staff nothing was too much trouble..The room was very clean, quiet, and quite spacious, and overlooked a football pitch..The location was set in a small and pretty rural village near to the mountains, yet only a bus ride from the City.

  I stayed there more than 10 times within last 18 months. -The main thing about the Arsenal hotel is the staff who are just excellent. Everyone speaks English or German. -Rooms are very large and very comfortable. -Beautiful hotel interior. -Spotless bathrooms! -Excellent breakfasts. -The food in the restaurant is very good, I think I tried everyth... что говорят » ing on the menu eventually and it was all delicious!   We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning after a late flight. The reception staff were friendly and helpfull on our arrival.
