We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room. I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh
old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both
into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such
as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh
heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean
sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was
also the very good value Pod Wavelem restaurant on site. The reception

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s .
