On arrival we were offered a free upgrade from a de-luxe double room to a suite; we were amazed and delighted to accept! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.   Hotel Maltanski was a great discovery. It's extremely close to the center of Cracow, it's nice, cosy and calm. The Room was big and looked great, and some of the added luxuries like bath robes and heated floors in the bathroom were nice to have for the price.   The apartment was beautiful! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect! Close to the main square, restaurants, and a good central location for seeing everything. It was in an excellent location just 3 mins from Market Square and there was a local supermarket around the corner. The staff were excellent and arranged our trips out and sorted out our airport transfers. They were also very knowledgable of the area. The apartment has everything you need, cooker, fridge, Microwave, hairdryer, Iron. The apartment was also very spacious.

  The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.
