  The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel served some very delicious food which was reasonably priced. - EWveryone was very friendly. Excellent facilities and hotel.

  We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car.   The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.

Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August.
