  Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons.   This hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the market square of the old town and across the road from the castle. It is a modern, clean and extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are polite, pleasant and accommodating.   We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

On arrival we were offered a free upgrade from a de-luxe double room to a suite; we were amazed and delighted to accept! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.
