  Staff were simply EXCELLENT in EVERY aspect. Spoke superb English - better than many native speakers The location was EXCELLENT - only 25 feet from Old Town Square The cavern like underground restaurant had enormous ambiance and charm, great menu selection and reasonable prices. We will book again at this B & B - great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value. So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

  Great staff! Arrived at 7 am, and the receptionist arrived early to let me in. She also took plenty of time to give me great advice on what to see/do in Krakow. Also my room was ready upon arrival early in the morning. The staff of Komorowski really go the extra mile on service and arranging things for you. Rooms were very nice. The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. - The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!
