  The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. We had breakfast and evening meals which were presented with style and we give top marks to the cook and the food. The hotel had tried its very best and all linen, beding etc was very clean and spotless as was the dinning room table cloths.   Very nice place with a view on a forest. New, comfortable, fully-furnished and well-designed interiors made me and my family feel good and homely. The location was within a walking distance from bus station, as well as cultural centre of Zakopane, called Krupowki. I can honestly recommened Charisma Apartment for those who would like to spend enjoyable time with family or friends in Zakopane. - The apartament location is in a really great place in the central of Zakopane. It was really easy to find the important things as Lanowka, Gubalowka, Krupowki market which was really important for our 5 years old son. :) The apartment is really nice modern style and the posibility for having a spa and sauna it was also great! The owner was really friendly.
