We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed). This hotel is right in the center of Zakopane on walking distance of thebusstation. Quite at night. The people at the reception are veryfriendly and helpful and do speak English. We liked the buffetbreakfast. - The hotel has a definite communist feel about it. Loved the radio that filled a small portion of the room.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. I got a very good discount on this hotel as it was out of season.That said i got a warm room in fact i had to open the window at night .I had a balcony and a fold up chair but due to the cold weather i just used it to cool my beers?.The rooms are dated but all things functioned well and the location to walking trails and town centre are very good

A great spot in Zakopane, very close to the center yet on a nice, quiet
street, our room was comfortable, very warm, clean and had a balcony
with spectacular view on the mountains. The hotel has an oldish
communist style but we actually found it attractive, at least it is
something different nowadays. It had all facilities of a standard hotel,
towels, toiletries and even 2 bottles of mineral water. The staff was
very helpful, there was no problem to leave the bags for a while after
