Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Good size unclutterd rooms. Excellent breakfasts - The room was very big and of good quality decoration. It felt like coming back to my own apartment as I had keys for external and all internal secutity doors.. Bathroom looked new,shower was very good.

Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

Very nice and modern apartment, situated in a lovely restored old building. It was close to the city center (5-10 minutes, on foot). It was very comfortable and clean.
