We were three adults travelling together. The staff could not have been more attentive. We ate at the hotel for breakast and dinner each day - breakfast was wonderful and the a la carte evening meals were very good indeed. Can't rcommend highly enough. Good transport links into town and 24-hour security parking onsite -

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent

The location is good, near to the Old Town, main Railway Station and enormous shopping centre - Galeria Krakowska. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, stuff friendly.
We were able to leave the car in the public parking in front of the hotel - it cost us 30 PLN per whole day (3 PLN per hour) - from 10am till 20pm, rest of the time - it's free. -

The staff were generally very helpful both at reception and in the bar. One example of this, we'd had trouble booking a hire car with a well known company and so turned to the reception for help. Very modern and stylish with a great location near the train and bus station. Very clean and comfortable with good control of the room via the tablet. Good internet connection throughout. Nice, reasonable meals in the restaurant.
The walk into the main square is about 10 mins and is very easy.
For those complaining about the lighting issues at night, there are bedside lamps with a switch that you can turn on without touching the tablet and also you can leave the mood lighting on in the bathroo
