  The hotel is very nice, a five star hotel by all means. Staff were very frindly and answered all our questions. They were also very helpful. The spa is just great. - Convinience to the casino which is located on the lobby level. Hotel is located in a very lively atmosphere. One of the finest hotels for luxury stays in Manila.

  Excellent swift check-in as usual. Large clean well appointed rooms. Good buffet breakfast. We stayed 2 nights then due to floods and cancelled flights had to rebook and stay one more night, staff were good and very accommodating.   We loved the staff. They treated us like royalty. The room was always clean and neat. Every employee there was always thoughtful and courteous. They spoiled us. Thank you staff. We would like to particualrly thank Kisha and Shiela from Snaps bar, as they went out of their way to accomodate us and make us feel welcome and Karen who works around the magnificent pool, she made us feel like we were around friends as she remembered both our names from our first visit to Sofitel! Excellent accommodation and facilities and very helpful and friendly staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The food was excellent, including the breakfast buffet which was vast and covered many different cuisines. If staying in Manila again I would definitely stay in the Sofitel. It offers good central location and value for money.
