This hotel made me feel safe during super typhoon "Yolanda". What I liked most, personel were calm, no stress, no panic, nothing. Everything worked as usual. Even when electricity went down in the area, in a moment (I guess) hotel switched on there generators, so, nothing to worry about.

I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. Good location in safe business area of Cebu, Alaya mall is 2 minute walk, 7-11 is 2 minutes in other direction. Taxi stop is outside staff always ensure only properly licensed taxis pick you up. Airport style security staff always polite helpful and friendly. I didnt use the restaurant so I cant comment. The hotel is very clean and well maintained

Quest Hotel is just opposite to the Ayala shopping mall, though crossing the street might be a challenge (thanks to the reception for 7 Eleven reference point for the crosswalk). Rooms are comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly, airport and ferry terminal might be reached quite easily with the plenty of meter taxis in Cebu.
