  I liked the location which was very convenient and the rooms were quite comfortable. The breakfasts were quite substantial to set you up for the day. The small downside for me was the late night bar which i passed by the previous year has now shut down. Good size apartments with stylish interior and good furnitures. Greate beds, pillows and blankets. Very clean apartments. Nice little kitchen with all you need for a light meal. Excellent service in reception, they where very kind and helpful. - Everybody @ the front-desk was very helpful with suggestions, ideas and advises. In the heart of Tromso and very close to restaurants and shopping. In walking distance to main attractions and museum. Very helpful was the kitchenette where I could prepare meals, since everything is pretty expensive for continental European standards. Safe place to stay, as the whole city. In the future I'll stay there again!

  Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. We also had 2 separate bookings as we had 3 night tour booked and re-checking in when we had to was no problem at all. the brea... что говорят » kfast is fantastic with so much variety. Yes it can be busy at times but that is to be expected. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D

  We are very happy to recommend this hotel which is a short walk (5-10 mins) from the centre of Tromso. We stayed in an apartment on the first floor (no. 16 upstairs I think) which was perfectly suited to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and there was sufficient space for two people to spread out all their winter gear. We were a group of 4 friends spending a weekend in there. The first thing you notice is the extremely friendly staff ! there is also free coffee and tea at the reception and you can also make your own waffles during the afternoon. Breakfast was also great. The room was very clean and the location of the hotel is very central.
