  These were perhaps the most relaxing and peaceful 2 days of our big Scandinavian trip. After 5 hours drive from Oslo, we reached Liseth conveniently located half-way between Hardangervidda plateau and Eidfjord, 20 min walk from Voringfossen waterfall. We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage No.14 accomodating 7 people.   Freindly hotel, very accomodating in all respects. I requested a quiet room on the top floor with a view and got it all. I had to depart at 4:45 am and the staff made up an adequate breakfast for me. Comfortable hotels that are good value for money are rare in Bergen except, I assume during the dead of winter; so I was happy to be at the Park. Breakfast was not gourmet but quite satisfactory. - Hotel Park Bergen's rooms are comfortable, though the bathrooms are small and really only accommodate one person at a time. However, they offer a very nice full Norwegian breakfast for the cost of the room, which isn't always provided at all Norwegian hotels, and coffee, tea and snacks are offered 24/7 in the breakfast room, which is very nice for travelers.

  We loved this place. It was our favorite in Norway and Denmark. If you can't do steep stairs well this is not the place for you but other then that everything was excellent and we would stay here again any day.
