  the room felt like a small house: there was a mini bar, a porch with great view to the mountains. we had a kettle in our room which was very helpful. there were computers for use of the guests free of charge with free internet in the lobby. the staff was very helpful and kind. breakfast was great . - We travel with 1,5 year old child and it was... что говорят » good choice becasue hotel was quiet with resonable walking distance to main atractions like old city, harbor (10min) or central rail station (15min).   My husband and I stayed at Citybox from the 25.10.13 to 27.10.13 without any problems. I agree with some reviews below, it is a hostel and not a hotel. However we had a very comfortable stay in an en suite room in an expensive city. This place was not only cheap but also walking distance to everything as Bergen is a small city. Our bed was comfort... что говорят » able, our shower was warm and our sleep was uninterrupted. No tv in the rooms but my husband loaded a couple movies for us to watch on his tab. The wi - Very close to the railway (5 min max. walking) and to the city center (10 min walking). Kitchen with microwave oven and tables. The cutlery can be borrowed from the bar opposite to the kitchen. The rooms are clean and the shared bathrooms are most of the times clean (mostly depending on the other guests which are sharing the bathrooms with you). The room had an electrical heating system, which was very good.

  I found the hotel to be well presented despite reading reviews of the rooms being dated. I also had a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the park which was exceptionally quiet despite reading reviews about noise. Helpful and pleasant staff. We had an internal room & although there was no natural light, it was silent so we slept brilliantly. It was a good size and had everything you would expect. The location is great: very central and it is easy to walk to all the attractions of the city.

  Very contemporary hotel with luxurious lobby. Room was very large, and included a trouser press, coffee machine and small fridge. The bathroom had heated tiles.
