  We were lucky enough to be given a gorgeous room in the old villa............not one of the motel units. Our room was just lovely with most of the original features of the villa in tact. It had real atmosphere. I don't think I would have been thrilled to get one of the 'ordinary' units. - We were in the front room of what used to be an old hou... что говорят » se.   This was the cleanest Motel I had ever been in. I was thoroughly impressed with the layout of the unit, the space allotted, the facilities. The price was incredibly good value for what you were getting. Staff were friendly and approachable. Close to bus stops. - omg. for what it's worth, this place is value for money and close to the tourist spots. e.g. Sandfly bay to see the penguins/seals, the castle and CBD of Dunedin. The staff were so helpful and we were grateful and excited to see the penguins on the recommended bay that cost nothing. Definately a place to come back to. The cadbury factory was worth it too.
