The staff was amazing really, so helpful, insightful, had excellent suggestions for places to visit (apart from the guide books).
Location of the hotel is just right! It is a couple of minutes of walk from any point of interest (city center, museum quarter, red light district, Jordan, Chinatown etc.). I actually did not need the tram 48-hours ticket (that I already paid like 12 euros) as the city is relatively small and everything can be reached by foot.
Excellent value for money!. все обзоры »
I stayed here with a group of friends.we got a room with canal-view.in d
evening, there's street performers at d boulevard in front of the
hotel.we enjoyed it so much.very lively place.not to forget d location
is very strategic.near Dam Square n Central Station.
Very clean and quite. Was an excellent location!!! The staff was wonderful and inviting. Just what we were looking for a quite clean budget hotel... I will definitely look into staying there again on my next trip.
The staff really kind and well organized.
The optimal position in the city center on a channel. The room and the common area are clean.
Very friendly and helpful staff; perfect location. Clean and tidy room, very quiet at night.
The hotel is close to the Dam. It's very clean and comfortable. The
staff is so kind.
I liked the hotel as the reviews I had read were not the best !! I would stay again.
Very good location - close to everything, good value for money.
location ideal for sightseeing and staff helpful and friendly.
it is very close to the center
decent for 2 star hotel.
Location to the city was great just a short 10min walk.
The staff was very helpful and kind.
Location
Price.
Nice location. The balcony faces to the river. Just 15 mins walk to
the dam. Lots of fashion shops are near the hotel. And there is a
supermarket on the corner. The staff is also friendly. It worths
the price.
Excellent situation, and very reasonable cost. The front triple room we shared had a useful table in bay overlooking canal.
Great location , great price,
Clean, friendly .
Dam square , Rembrandt square, all very close , tram 25m from the door.
bright room, comfortable bed, good location for main tourist attractions.
We liked the location and very helpful and friendly staff.
Good location, close to the flower market and center.
it is situated in the center of city.
Hot shower,clean beds.
Location is good.
good location.
The Dam square and most popular museums are in the walking distance from the hotel.
As most of 'Dams hotels in city center, no elevator in the hotel and stairs are rally steep and narrow, so a lot of luggage is not recommended...
No lift, but the staff at the reception offered n helped us with
our luggages.
The only drawback were climbing 5 flights of stairs with no lift. The room was small but very clean... Face it you are only in your room to sleep and feel safe... anyone that is a budget traveler will tell you the same. But good deal for the $$$!.
small room.
Wifi didn't work.
Wifi didn't work in our room because there was a problem with the router, but I don't think it's a permanent situation, they said they were working on fixing it..
shower of poor pressure/quality and tv reception bad.
the stairs in the hotel.
rooms are a bit small.
No lift. We have 3 huge luggages and live in 3rd floor. It's very
difficult for us to take luggages to go up and down the steep stair. And
it's noisy in the morning. We can hear strong voice from dust cart.
Very run-down hotel. Rooms smelled strongly cigarette smoke despite "No-smoking" rules. Mattress on main (double) bed faulty spring, had to turn it round. Single bed legs improvised and faulty - fell off at slightest provocation. No plugs in bath or basin. No TV controller. Had to pull out plugs in order to turn some lights off.
Very small rooms , mine was on the 4th floor , no lift & some of the steapest stairs I've ever seen , so steep I don't know how I'd have got up or down them if I had had a full size suitcase.
refuse bin not emptied in a week, stairs would be an issue for less able- bodied and disco next door carried out a sound check one day that caused building to vibrate - couldn't imagine sleeping if disco was operating.
There's a night club just below!! It obviously makes a lot of noise until late, the hotel owners are aware of it as they provide ear plugs.... I find this makes the price far too high for what you get.
If you are comming after 8 p.m. there is nobody on reception, you should takes key from your room in the special box with code.
Se were not warned about the neighbour club at booking.
Very dated, walls could do with painting not very clean.Tv very old only
one channel.one plug for fridge and kettle,so had to unplug to use one
or the other.room small with two single beds pushed together as to get a
wardrobe in.no bin emptied ,same towels use for three days. No towels
provided after that,no cleaning of rooms. I would class this as a hostel
not hotel, over £130 a night is not cheap.
When we wanted to checkout there was no one, we missed our train waiting for the staff. It is dumb that you can only checkout from 8 am.
very very dusty, not good for allergic people.
Bad sheets were dirty, towel were very faded and there were hair all over the bathroom and some on the bad. The wifi was working only in the reception downstairs, which was closed most of the time.
