  The staff were excellent and very helpful. It seemed the staff was the same every day, which was great because we got to know them and they remembered our room number and things like that. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and we loved the atmosphere of the bar - playing Chicago Jazz music! The views are just gorgeous, even if it was a bit too misty - Location is wow. Brilliant views of the mountains. Staff though not always good at speaking English, but helpful. The in house chef offered to make me a sandwich at 12am as I was checking in. I requested an airport pickup and got one. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.
