  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  My mother and I travelled for the first time to Marrakech and stayed at the lovely Riad. It was run by Julian, a lovely young Parisian man whom met us at 1.30 am (our flight had been delayed over an hour) and just let us check in directly with the response we can sort everything in the morning. I think this is why they do not seem to be so helpful as other riads because it's difficult to converse when you don't speak each other's language.   Clean, nice bungalow room. We where taken good care of by the staff. We ordered a tastefull dinner for a reasonable price. Breakfast was one of the bests we had on our whole trip, with warm fresh bread and pancakes.

  The Riad Eloise was excellent! Alain was very helpful, giving us tea and cakes upon arrival and showing us where to go/how to get there. It was a nice haven to unwind at after the hectic times getting lost in the medina. Everything about the decor was tastefully done, I wish I could import all their beautiful things back to Melbourne! There is a jacuzzi and many possibilities of enjoying the sun on sun beds etc. Very nice stay. One morning we had to go at 7 o'clock and the staff got up and made a nice breakfast for us.
