The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet. The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). Tho I have had been in

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like
a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in
terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living
in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two
weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied
as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend

The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel

Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.
