  This has got to have been one of the nicest Hotels/Riads I have ever stayed in. At every turn there is some beautiful to look at. A real gem of a place. We were only staying one night sadly and our friends and ourselves booked the two 'tower' rooms with patios which were lovely. The food was great and the breakfast too. Lovely staff and 'guardian... что говорят » ' car parking. Don't be put off when you first drive out to the edge of the palm grove - its worth the drive when you walk inside. - Beautiful riad. We were offered the choice of room given the low bookings that night and chose the top floor room. Beautiful! We arrived late at night and after we warned them, they kindly still served us food, by the pool, with candles, that was wonderful. Then we had to leave very early in the morning and they still prepared a breakfast feast, as if it had been the regular hour. I would highly highly recommend...

  We stayed at Dar Qamar to break up a return trip to Marrakech from Merzouga, and we wish we had more time to spend here. The hotel is appears to be down some back street, but what a place it is. Behind the walls is a beautiful pool area and gardens with peacocks. The lounge area was comfortable and there was even some Wifi if you need it. Like many French-run hotels in Morocco you can get wine. - The place is really amazing and beautiful while at first the surroundings and the last 1.5 km might not find your approval (see earlier comments) but this wasn't an issue for us and our stay was very peaceful. A beautiful well maintained garden is surrounding a nice pool area, the amazing patio is inviting to relax, to read, to have a drink.. During our stay the owners (French couple) were absent but the place was well run, good a friendly staff.

  We had planned to stay for one day two nights but did extend because it was an awesome opportunity for a holiday from holidays.   We were looking for a comfortable place in the roses valley and read the reviews on Kasbah Chems, particularly on the fact that guided hiking could be organize from it. Since we arrived, the service was excellent. We loved our dinner and Said made us feel like at home. The 5 hours tour for the valley was beautiful.
