  One of our very best hotel experiences ever, absolutely great and kind staff made the service most personal (we knew almost the entire staff on a first name basis). Like staying as a guest at your best friends home, but much better! Always available, always helpful, never intrusive - perfect! We also enjoyed a wonderful hamman - I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him credit here.. I really loved

Pancakes for breakfast, yoghurt, fresh orange juice and fresh mint thee. We also had half- pension and we could choose if we wanted lunch or dinner. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week.   We stayed one week in this Riad and had a fantastic stay! - rooms are simple (no fancy items like radio or TV), but very clean (towels are changed daily, beds are made up daily, no crawling animals besides the cute turtle in the courtyard) and decorated lovely in traditional Marrocon style - bathroom is very clean, comes with flush toilet and hot ... что говорят » water with good water pressure - beds are firm and queensized - the inside of the riad is very clairaudient (if people come home late or have conversa - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the riad and would come back anytime. Brigitte and her staff were very helpul and friendly & zarah is a great cook. The rooms are all decorated beautifully and the entire building was redone in great style. I loved the rooftop terrasse. The riad is located in the medina where it is only a few min from the big place - even for me it was easy to find ;-)

  The first imppression of the town is not so good. The Riad is also not so easy to find and then you have to walk a bit uphill to reach the place.... BUT DO NOT WORRY - IT IS WORTH IT.   Great location, right in the Kasbah area of Marrakech which felt really authentic. The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our stay there special, he also cooked amazing food for us on our last night! The interiors throughout the riad were beautiful.
