For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, they made us feel like we were at home. The riad was beautiful, modern and clean but had a traditional feel to it. Lovely Riad, from the moment you walk in, it is an oasis of calm. Such a welcome surprise from the walk to the door through the busy, bustling streets of the Medina. We stayed in Anyssates Suite, was lovely room, traditional but very comfortable.

We wanted to be within walking distance from the stadium for the World Cup game, so it was perfect 20 minute walk away. The staff is very accommodating. The food was good. The bathroom was stocked with amazing gels and lotions. It was quiet and very private.
