Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. -

In the middle of the poverty, the darkness, the dirtiness and the big confusion of the Casablanca town centre this hotel is a great oasis! The staff was the very best part of this hotel and I HIGHLY recommend it - it was my birthday and they spoiled myself and my friend incredibly!
