  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We loved the decor and amenities of the hotel and it was only a 5 min taxi driv... что говорят » e to the centre of the hustle and bustle. - Staff, Accommodation, Amazing. I travel around the world and this is without question the best trip i have had for a long time. The staff where nothing short of brilliant Danial the manager openly admitted changes are a foot for the better but i could not fault this place. Simply MAGIC!

  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. Very knowledgeable and willing to help us negotiate... что говорят » prices. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  Absolutely loved everything; staff very friendly (from cleaners to concierge), rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, everything in the hotel top class; spa and gym and rooftop and perfect location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to stroll into.
