  After a well-organised transfer from the airport we arrived at this lovely riad with very welcoming and friendly staff. Location was ideal for the souks and main square (only 1-2 minutes' walk) but in a very quiet area. We could not thank Fouad enough for his hospitality. He always make sure that we've got that we need. The breakfast is delicious and massive. Al - I stayed at Riad Balkisse on my first visit to Marrakesh I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. . We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings. Riad Balkisse is well located and is only a 3 minute walk from the Souks and a 2 minutes walk to the main square. Many thanks for an unforgettable stay to all the smiling

  The location was excellent, so close to everything! The whole property is good value for money, with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Even though there was a language barrier with the staff (they didnt speak English and we didnt speak French) they were still very friendly and made us feel welcome.   We loved every moment of our stay! Free shuttle from/to airport was a brilliant bonus. The location was 30 minutes out of town but free afternoon / evening shuttle solved this problem. While we enjoyed the market square, we were pleased to be a little out of town, away from the noise and pollution. We had a villa and enjoyed the privacy it ha... что говорят » d to offer. It was so pretty and we enjoyed being served breakfast besides our private pool. The service from Omar and his family was first class! A - The villa is very aesthetic, the owner has a talent for this. Location is a little bit remote, but the management organizes free shuttles to Marrakech and back twice a day, and also to the Menara airport and back (but not before 8 am). It is an oasis of tranquility, the staff is professional, the food is ok. The surroundings is beautiful, settled with so much style. Ideal for relaxing holidays!

  Everything was enjoyable. The price was budge-friendly, the staff were welcoming. The Riad was very homey and comfortable - felt like a home whilst we were there. I really had a great time at the Riad. It felt so good to have someone cooking for you and you can chat with the cook while the food is being prepared. It is like a Japanese restaurant experience, except that you can discuss about anything with the cook. You get a relaxed and cozy feeling. This Riad has a very friendly team.
