  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team.   If you're after a well located and clean, cosy riad at a good budget price close to Djemma El Fina (Square), then this will probably be a very good choice. Excellent if your stay is short. It was easier to navigate than another riad we stayed in in Marrakesh, not long off a main street leading straight into the Square. We went for Laksour on the ground floor so the noisiest and not so big, but a good choice if you're on a budget - Everything is excellent. Our hosts are very lovely people, they really looked after us while whilst we're there. They cooked delicious tagine. The riad even upgraded our room without increase in our pay. The riad is located near the square. We are definitely coming back and will still choose Riad Rime.

  This is now my third time in Marrakech and I can say that my stay At El kennaria was brilliant!!!. The Riad is spacious, clean and really well located about 2mns from the main square. The staff is very helpful and really nice to be with. The terrace is the bigger one I have seen (so far) with excellent music to chill out at anytime of the day and ... что говорят » night.   We were moved to their sister hotel Dar Les Cigognes so that our rooms would interconnect properly. We stayed in rooms Sahara, painted like a fantasy desert complete with camels and starry sky, and Silver - an elegant four poster romance of a room. Both could not have been more perfect for their inhabitants. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. There is staff at hand at all times. The manager is able to arrange daytrips, spa or any other touristy activities. Excellent service and experience throughout
