  The hotel was definetly above al expectations. Very clean, very comfortable and beautifully traditional. We arrived at night and walking through the alleys to get there felt a bit dodgy but it was just a matter of getting used to it, quite safe. Abdullah will help you with your questions and needs and was very kind. The location is perfect as it is just around the corner from where - As soon as we arrived in the Medina by cab, we were greeted by a guide from the riad who delivered us safely to Elsa. Upon arrival we were greeted with tea and the owners gave us tips on what to see, how to get around and to avoid any local water / ice etc. They were also kind enough to lend us Moroccan dirham for dinner which we could settle on our departure. The daily breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace.

  We totally loved the Dar Loula, it was quiet comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who was there during the day. They even arranged to supply a birthday cake for me as a surprise for my partners 40th! We would definitely stay again. - The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. But the common area is comfortable.

  We just returned from a weekend in Marrakech. We were so pleased with this riad. Simo arranged our transport from/to the airport and greeted us upon arrival with mint tea. We had already arranged our excursions for the trip, but he was ready and willing to help us plan anything we needed. We had dinner at the riad our first night. The location within the medina next to the Royal Palace is great and although the walk to Jemaa el fna takes 10-15 minutes it means you see more of the side streets plus the palace walls with nesting storks.   The staff were amazing, very friendly, kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owner provided us with an orientation of the city and a list of places to visit. Breakfast was superb, a kind of tapas style with a variety of fresh fruit. The room was quiet and delicately furnished in a modern classic style, with an assortment of lotion... что говорят » s and potions. The dunking pool was refreshing. We would defenitely stay there again. - The staff were excellent, so helpful and amazing cooks! The Riad is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Some people may say its a bit far from the main square but this actually worked in our favor as it is a very quiet place to put your feet up after a hectic/hot/tiring day in Marrakesh. Its also very close to the Kasbah and palaces.
