  Location is very good (although difficult to reach, best is to ask the hotel to pick you up at the airport the first day and then you will learn the way). The staff is very friendly, and breakfast home made. Very nice house, and definetly a very good place to stay, really quiet but in the very middle of the Medina.

  The staff at this riad were lovely. They were attentive yet gave enough space to relax but were available whenever needed and very friendly and warm. The roof terrace is great, it gets the sun until its close to setting and has a choice of sitting areas, including a bed! However it's quite a walk from the main square, 20 mins fast pace. This was fine for us - Our staying at the Riad Nejma lounge was perfect. The people who works there were always nice with us and helped in everything that we needed with a big smile. Our room was beautiful, with an maroc atmosphere and it was really confortable and always perfectly cleaned. The breakfast was also delicious and the place that we ate it was nice. El Riad is a perfect place to rest from thw wonderfull chaos that is marraquexe.

  My brother and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was close to many shops and parks, yet was quiet and relaxing. The room was comfortable and everything worked fine. Meals were delicious and the exceptional chef provided a cooking class for only 30 euros, while a place across the street wanted 100. We felt like we were coming home after being out in the desert. Carole and her staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. The riad is so close to the famous market we walked there with ease. But it is far enough away that you can escape to peace and tranquility.

  This is a beautiful and tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The French owners, Armelle and Serge, have done an amazing job decorating the Riad making each room unique. All the staff were very friendly and provided great service. Our stay at Riad Armelle was exceptionally enjoyable.

  Friendliness of the team - the young man at reception was very helpful, played with our kid and did his best to make us feel comfortable. Location - 10 min walk away from Jamal el Fna square, but we liked this since we were in a more quiet area and could appreciate the local life as we walked towards the more tourist places. The location is very convenient to go to the market and landmarks either new town. The room is very tidy and clean so we were so confortable all the times. We definitely come back for the next visit!

  I am happy to join the ever growing band of glowing reviews for Riad Alwachma, given that my decision to stay there recently was based on its excellent reviews. This is definitely a place where you get value for money. Our conclusion is that Riad Alwachma probably offers one of the best value for money in Marrakech and it has become our home whenever we visit the city. The riad offers the traditional Moroccan architecture and deco which visitors typically want to experience in Marrakech. The rooms are large enough, clean and comfortable.
