  The guys and gals at the hotel were always helpful with directions and general info, and always smiling. It makes a difference. Max the cat is the real star of the riad though. Breakfast was really nice. Decor is very cosy and comfortable. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you. We do recommand highly this

The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our stay there special, he also cooked amazing food for us on our last night! The interiors throughout the riad were beautiful. Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.
