  Staff was very friendly and helpful, there was slight language problem because we did not speak French but by good will all issues can be solved :) Certainly it was our best deal in Morocco during our 2 weeks stay.   Upon arrival we were given a very nice welcome, and a one on one overview of the city, lots of helpful hints including a map as to where we were. We were made to feel extreemly welcome. It is one of the best hotels in my life. In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much.

  The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. One day we had to leave the hotel at 0630 for an excursion to the Sahara Desert, the Manager insisted that he make breakfast for us before we leave even though breakfast didn't start until 0730. - The hotel is located on a great place, 5 minutes walk from the main touristic site... что говорят » s.   I had a fantastic stay here during my five nights in Marrakesh. The staff are the nicest people you will meet in Morrocco - they are so helpful and friendly and just want you to have a nice stay and a good holiday. The riad itself is beautiful - everything is so detailed. There is a swimming pool that guests can use free of charge - very refreshi... что говорят » ng after a day in the Moroccan sun! There is also a rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe when you want. The room I stayed in was at the lower end o - The Riad is very nice and relaxing, very quite despite the surroundings of the medina. It's very safe, just by the residence of the King of Morocco garded 24h/24. Nice staff. Pool and terrace for sunbathing. It's only 5 mins on foot from Jemaa el Fna, in a quieter area of the medina easily reachable by taxi, bus and car.
