  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Definitely a great place to visit, especially for a family. - We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer.... Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views. The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided. The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

  Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well.   Clean hotel, modern design. Nice, calm and clean rooms. Good staff, very nice beach. Clean swimming pools. There are a lot of different chaise at the beacht (but a lot of good places were busy in the early morning with just towels or bags of people who was not present at this chaise). Excellent views of the Caribbean and Cancun beach from our 7th floor ocean view room. Lovely beach (when not closed due to Barracuda!) and facilities. Staff quite helpful and friendly.
