Location was really remarkable, just a block away from the 5th av. Where all restaurants and stores are. Cleaness of the facilities. The washer and dryer inside the unit was brilliant. Great swimming pool great beach site. Safety in the surroundings. Perfect for families looking to relax and enjoy the insite ammenities (swimming pool and beach) -
Ideal location (10 meters from the beach, 20 m from the middle of main pedestrian street, very quiet place), friendly staff, spacious rooms, good furniture, well-equipped kitchen, sea view, WiFi included, restaurant/bar just downstairs. Everything simply excellent!

Its a cozy place with a small usable pool in the middle of the complex,

I like the location of this hotel. It is at the corner of 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen where all the stores are located. It is also a short distance from the beach. The staff was also great. They helped us with ordering food and gave us directions to places around town. They even spoke English which was a plus as they could understand us and we could understand them easily. A taxi stand is right outside the hotel. It is a little pricey but convenient if you need to go anywher

This hotel has a superior location directly on the crossing of 5th Avenue and Constituyentes. This gives you a very close distance from the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars just below 50 metres from the hotel. The best thing is, unlike others, that the hotel is very quiet and the discos are further away. So no loud vibes which could harm your

The hotel is exceptionally located, smack onto 5ta avenida which is where all the shops and restaurants are located. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool is so pretty, especially at night when it's lit up, also very clean. We loved this place so much that we came back twice during our stay (we were doing a road trip along the coast)

We decided very well in advance for Reina Roja for our one week stay in Playa del Carmen, and we are so glad we did. It's a very original theme and concept. I liked Cintia and Luis. They were very very hostile and sweet. I hope next time we go we'll see them again. The location is also perfect. The staff in the restaurant also very sweet. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and though there is light all around the hotel in the room you can do total darkness. Overall loved the place. Recommend it for younger couples/people.
