Regalo is located in a newly-developed hotel area about 15-20 min walk from Jonker St. It's pretty convenient to walk to Chinatown and enjoy the street view of Melaka. There is a well-known food court just beside the hotel. We had a good time there having supper with locals.
The family room is spacious only without windows. Bed and toilet like 5 star hotel. But if can add mini freezer it's better.все обзоры »

Hotel is new and room is good-sized. Location is good with several eating establishments within walking distance.
There is a coffee shop beside the hotel, which is very convenience.

This hotel is so new that taxi drive could not find the way. When we tried to call the reception, we could not get connected, which was quite disappointing.
wait for lift completed,stay at 3rd floor, unconvenience. The receptionist unable to retrive my room reservation from the system. However, they were able to get the printed booking document from their file. Weird. It took us quite some time for the checking. Shall improve on this. Luckily there is still room available for us. .
Bathroom smells possibly due to problem with seal trap in sewer system. I itched the whole night when covered with the quilt. Would still recommend the hotel though coz of its other attributes.
The pillow and bed have to improve.
The room is small.
Wi-Fi can't connect in room. Another all is alright.
Water pressure is low and not stable!.
The room is quite small for the rate, plus no breakfast included. No kettle/ coffee/ tea provided in the room. Water pressure is very low.
Location is not the exact what describe in the letsbookhotel.com. It's 30
mins walk from Jonker street so you need to take the taxi to go the near
by shopping malls with appx rm10-15. Air condition was not working on
the 1st night and we couldn't slept from 5am onward till the manager
helped to change us another room around 10am. Totally frustrated!.
