  The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I had problem with the locker and the staff there help me to settle it down very soon. The toilet is clean and make me feel comfort to past motion.   The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station, and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop- off bus stops right outside too. I am glad we got this one instead of right inside china town as I can't imagine trying to get through the crowded markets with suitcases.   I like the idea of having a safe box which is not a common item found at any hotel especially for a budget hotel. Hotel location is quite strategic but due to the current construction in progress, the location is a little bit far from bukit bintang.   I liked the staff more. Most of them were friendly especially Vishwa. I come from Ghana and am telling all my friends to lodge at this hotel when they come to Malaysia - The room was clean and has a nice smile when we enter and the bathroom was nice. Despite, some bad comments i gave i do recommend this hotel.

  The location is really convenient. What i like the most is their free water dispenser(hot and cold) found near the stairway of each floor. There's no need for you to buy your own water from 7-eleven or any convenience store. I also love the wifi connection- it was so fast!
