  The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The pool was very nice and the views over the Straits from the front of the hotel were lovely. It appeared to be a popular hotel for business and families. The road system nearby is quite complic... что говорят » ated.. - The staff were amazing. I was travelling alone and they were especially attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.

  The room is good and comfortable, equiped with almost all the necessity like body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity stuff and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable too! Will recommend to friends and families to visit. - The room and location is very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and takes initiative to help you. Waiting area is big (many seatings). Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall).
