  The facilities in the room like 5 stars hotel. The shower and bathtub in the bathroom are so impressive. All staff are very friendly. The room service staff who is wearing badge number 17 also very nice spoken to me. The Fine Dining Restaurant also has excellent menu especially Western food. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

  Ritz-Garden new apartment wing is really nice! Have swimming pool, sauna, steam room,gym, etc breakfast also not bad, recommend to group friends or family to stay here. =) - the staff is very helpful and attentive, from the reception to dave, the front line staff. i like the location. enjoyed the simple buffet breakfast and lunch.

  We love the layout of the deluxe suite as it is just the right size for a family with children as well as parents (senior citizen). The room is child friendly and handicap friendly. It is clean and modern and has all the necessary comfort. For the price i paid, it was worth it.   All the staffs I met from the time I checked in to checked out, all of them extended attentive, friendly , speedy and provided the services to us as a client needed. I am particularly impressed with the security service. I did not noticed his name tag as I was very busy carrying my mum from the wheel chair into the taxi. The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there and wished we could stay a little longer. Really value for money.

  The family room which we had was very big and comfortable and clean. The bathroom is impressively big too with basic amenities. The water pressure is good. The room came with flat screen TV, hair dryer and coffee & tea facilities. WIFI is available for free and the signal was good.
