  I liked the location, the sea view from the room, the hospitality we recieved from the GM personally and all other staff, everything else was great and comfortable. - Everything - this hotel is one of the best that we have stayed in. Lovely suites, unparalleled service levels - would highly recommend.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the ones I dealt with ( bacher b., fadi abi k., and makram). The atmosphere was great and shopping mall next to the hotel (le mall) was beautiful. - every thing was good ... it was the best hotel i ve ever stayed in .. as well the staff as very proffessional

  To begin with, we were really lucky with this choice.location is just amazing.many attractions r surrounding. The hotel is really clean , very mofern and trendy. Staffs r the best :) they really know how to welcome their guests ,very helpful and friendly. To the extent that we were enjoying talking to them and now we miss them allllll without any ... что говорят » exception :) I deeply recommend this hotel :) - The location was good in terms of accessing the downtown area and the souks. It was a nice walk to Zaituna Bay - which is a great place to eat - and equally nice walk to Germanzie St. Although there were plenty of places close to the hotel to eat. Staff were great in providing helpful advice. Great if you like going to bars till late.
