Everything in the hotel was much better than I was expecting, given the budget price that we paid. A perfect place for an over night stay if you don't qualify for accommodation provided by your airline and all you really want is a comfortable bed. I arrived into Seoul from Beijing at approximately 10:30 PM. Korean Airlines (Mr. Kim in particular) did not miss a beat in getting me through customs and to curbside for Jake the hotel owner to pick me up and personally drive me to the hotel. I am visually impaired but it was like being able to see, considering the smooth transition. Jake was marvelous throughout my stay at the hotel. It's not the most luxurious hotel. Nonetheless, I recommend it highly.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and quite used to picking up stranded first time guests. The hotel is close to the airport but away from the usual hotel chains. Instead, it is near the beach and traditional seafood restaurants. The bi-level room, albeit w steep stairs, was a plus.
