The location is superb as it is VERY close to the station, Chinatown, the piers and gardens.. Hotel is very comfortable and not noisy at all. Free oolong tea (bottled) was provided daily and the buffet breakfast was adequate. Would stay here again and also recommend to our friends. -

I stayed for 3 nights & was extremely impressed by the value for money , cleanliness & good location with accessibility to attractions like Chinatown , Yamate parks,Motomachi areas , Minato Mirai by walking . quite convenient and relaxing both before and after sleep. Had a western
style toilet available which is a plus for a budget hotel in Japan.
