- Welcoming, very helpful and fun staff - Spacious room with great views and good facilities - Excellent meals (choice of Japanese and Western) - Quiet location on a hill overlooking the bay - Good opportunities for short walks, and a bus stop nearby. The host was wonderful and made our stay perfect. She was able to help us with our plans on the island and off. The food is delicious. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the venture up the hill - the views are incredible.

To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. To eat breakfast at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made by 12:00 on the day of. Guests can take a public ferry from Ishigaki Port to Uehara Port or Ohara Port on Iriomote Island. It is available every hour between 07:00-17:30. Operated by Anei Kanko and Yaeyama Kanko Ferry Company. From Ishigaki Port to Uehara Port: 40-minute ferry ride away. From Ishigaki Port to Ohara Port: 25-minute ferry ride away. Please note that public ferry schedules are subject to change depending on seasonality and weather conditions.
