  Clean rooms, Excellent staff (friendly/helpful) Location was pretty alright, though really a long walk from Sapporo Station Free wired internet in room - the room and the toilets are large for Japanese standard. the hotel design is classy and luxurious, with very nice city view.

The owner was kind to let us check in even it's over check in time and allow us to leave the luggage during we stroll in the Otaru city.   Lovely little place to stay in. The owner of the hotel, Max and his wife were very welcoming and embrace you as part of their family. Dinner and breakfast was simple but nonetheless delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for accommodation in the niseko region!

Well located for exploring the great European history of early Japan. Visit renovated wharf area for some great eating and shopping.   Amazing place! Excellent closeup view of the lake at an affordable price with reasonablr comfort. Rooms spacious and extremely clean. Excellent staff (i think its family owned and we had asked about good hiking routes. the lady owner speaks excellent english and offered to show us the way by car to our endpoint gor us to park our car, and then dro... что говорят » pped us off at the starting point! Excellent onsen! With both open air and indoors. Free parking. Free and strong wifi - It is a japanese ryokan, guest were mostly japanese. The facilty is a bit old but they have free onsen pools indoor and out door 24 hours! It was very near to attractions and they have a well stock pub with sake and whiskies...friendly staff but few spoke english...but it was not a problem as they were so friendly and helpful.

  This is a perfect place, exceptional experience Japanese style. In fact it's a spa with accommodation possibility rather than a hotel, and it's great, because you don't have a huge room with hundreds capsules, but much more pleasant smaller areas of 8 or 12 of them. Especially liked that you can access spa area 24 hours from arrival, so even after... что говорят » you have left the capsule (which you can occupy till 3 pm!) you can still stay at the property and access the saunas and baths. Staff speaks no Engli - I totally recommend this hotel. The people working there were really nice and kept my luggages with no problem. I was a two minutes walk away from one of the sites of the Yuki Matsuri. The hotel's beds were comfortable, with tv, radio, alarm clock and a miror, and you could use the baths and beauty products of the Spa as much as you wanted to. The capsules were cleaned everyday. For the price I paid, I thought the service was excellent.
